Akinyemiju mentioned after his presentation that he was approached by a few conference attendees who reiterated how much paperless AP and AR automation made sense. They all seemed to really understand and deeply connect with how much easier their day-to-day processes would be, and agreed that efficiency was good for business. Many had already had an experience with a vendor who requested to be paid via ACH, and even more users mentioned that their customers had requested to pay their invoices via credit card, ACH, or to have a data file of their invoices sent to them. What these users' comments all had in common was that it's not a matter of IF their business would employ an electronic invoicing and payment solution, but rather, a matter of WHEN.
