Overview
Enliven Software is looking for 2 sharp Telesales Specialists to join our sales force and help us bring in new business. Based in our headquarters in East Lansing, in this role you will be the first point of contact between Fidesic and our customers. You will be responsible for telephone sales including prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads as appropriate.

Responsibilities
Operational Support
Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads over the phone with the CFO, Controller, or other senior business executives
Identify customer needs and requirements and provide feedback into appropriate groups
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma and 1 plus years of telephone sales experience required
Possess exceptional customer-focus and is confident communicating over the phone
Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook/Internet
